Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Universal Banker at our East location in Madison, WI. The Universal Banker will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as:

• accurately processing customer transactions on the teller line.
• providing quality customer service in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• determining the customers' needs and meeting their expectations by recommending appropriate products and referring to partner departments.
• ensuring a positive interaction with existing and prospective customers on the phone and in person with a focus on acquiring and expanding loyal relationships.
• assisting customers with opening new personal and business products and services.
• working to achieve targeted levels for product sales, service behaviors and referral goals.

Qualifications

• Superior Cash Handling skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Flexibility to meet changing workload; highly self-motivated
• Team player and respectful of all staff, customers and prospects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus
• Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.
