His focus is on developing strong relationships, Bader has a keen ability to recognize obstacles and provide solutions to make banking easier for not only his customers, but also his team. He enjoys volunteering in the community, attending local events, sailing and spending time with his newborn son, family and friends.

Anne earned a degree in psychology at Luther College. She joined Capitol Bank in 2009 and has worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. As an Assistant Vice President Relationship Banking at Capitol Bank, she focuses on providing exceptional service to her personal and business banking customers.

Anne has been involved with Lussier Community Education Center and in reading enrichment programs at local schools. She also volunteers at her church and serves on the board for Girls Stories, Girls Voices. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their extended family. Her favorite activities include walking the dogs and finding good books to read.

Rene is a native of Southwest Wisconsin and currently lives in Verona. She enjoys spending time with her family and “four-legged kids,” whom she takes for walks frequently. She also enjoys reading, traveling and spending time outdoors in summer.

Roshni received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Whitewater. Prior to becoming a Relationship Banker at Capitol Bank, she worked as a financial advisor. Outside of the office, Roshni is the founder and owner of ZoRosh LLC, which supports and empowers Zoroastrian women in India, and volunteers at her children’s school.

Born and raised in India, Roshni moved to the U.S. in 2005. She likes to be active and has completed many running events, including the Color Run, Madison Half Marathon and Mumbai Half Marathon. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, and engaging in outdoor activities with her husband and two daughters.

Jacob Marks started his career in banking as a teller during his senior year of high school and continued in this role for the next three summers. He also gained experience as a leasing consultant for two summers at an apartment complex. Jacob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. He has received several accolades, including the Herb Kohl Initiative Award, Excel Certification, SAP ERP Certification, and the Madison Rotary Scholarship. During college, he held the executive board position of Sergeant at Arms in his fraternity and later served as Alumni Historian and Fundraising Chair for two years. Additionally, Jacob was an Orientation Leader for two consecutive years. One of five siblings, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family trying new things.

An avid golfer and hiker, Joe loves outdoor adventures and enjoying live performances in the Madison area.

Hannah has over 18 years of banking experience. She discovered her interest in financial education as a student apprentice in high school and continued as an intern while attending UW-Whitewater. During her two-year internship she built her curriculum to gain in-depth experience in every role within the banking industry. She used this journey to tailor her focus into retail management, colleague development, and community involvement. In her free time, she has found great passion in teaching financial literacy classes to youth and sending thousands of care packages to deployed soldiers. This adopt-a-troop initiative has evolved into starting her nonprofit, Letters From Home. With schools involved, every package has a handwritten letter from a student here in Wisconsin. In addition to her community focused efforts, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and traveling the world.

LaChelle lives in Monona. She has two adults sons and a granddaughter. She loves cleaning (seriously!), organizing and putting together puzzles. She has been to more than 50 concerts and has seen more than a dozen comedians.

A graduate of UW-La Crosse with a degree in finance, Zach is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction across all branch locations. Known for his approachable and supportive leadership style, he oversees a team of Tellers and Universal Bankers, providing guidance on audits, policies, and procedures, and is a key resource for branch operations and customer interactions.

Beyond work, Zach enjoys weekends watching the Packers, golfing, playing poker, and spending quality time with friends and family.

As Capitol Bank’s Treasury Management Officer, she believes in growing strong relationships with her customers and excels at helping new customers transition into the bank’s tailored solutions.

Kari serves as an ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with other local organizations, including Agrace Hospice Care and Friends of Monona Terrace.

A Middleton native, Kari now resides near Sauk City, along with her husband and two daughters. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking and gardening.

As Vice President Private & Commercial Banking at Capitol Bank, she builds relationships and provides concierge-level service to businesses and professionals. She has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International.

Outside of the office, Jill serves as President-Elect of JDRF, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes. For the past 20 years, she has volunteered as a board member with Friends of UW Health, a nonprofit organization that funds programs and services to improve the lives of patients and their families, and is a past Treasurer and former Co-chair of the Auction Committee.

Jill lives in Fitchburg with her husband and their two dogs. She has two grown children and loves gardening, biking, reading and cooking. A sports enthusiast, she watches hockey, basketball, baseball, and football, cheering on the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers.

Troy lives in Fitchburg, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, hunting and fishing.

Jessica is a Senior Vice President in Commercial Lending at Capitol Bank, where she enjoys supporting investors, developers, and business leaders with the capital and banking services needed to achieve their goals. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and business banking including commercial construction, acquisitions, value-add repositioning, TIF, and tax credits. Prior to her banking career, Jessica worked for a consulting firm specializing in intangible asset valuation and goodwill impairment testing.
Jessica is a graduate of Leadership Greater Madison, a director and past Board Chair for Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, a member of the Dane Workforce Housing Fund Technical Advisory Committee, and a loan committee member for Madison Development Corporation's Business Loan Program. She previously served on the Community Advisory Team for the Beacon Day Shelter, the DMI Transportation and Parking Committee, and was recognized as a 2022 InBusiness 40 Under 40.
Jessica lives in Madison with her husband, son, and black lab. She enjoys golf, skiing, reading, and outdoor adventures of all kinds.

Throughout his 20-plus years in banking, he has served in the capacity of commercial lending, branch management, retail banking, team leadership and various bank-wide initiatives. David is a member of the Wisconsin Power Partners networking group and a Chamber Ambassador for the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce.

He lives in the Madison area with his wife, two children and the family dog. He enjoys spending time outdoors, watching his kids’ sporting activities, coaching youth sports, golfing and kayaking.

Outside of the office, Amy is involved with the American Heart Association, Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin and Waunakee Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House of Madison. Amy lives in Waunakee with her husband and their dog. She has two adult children and loves visiting Wisconsin supper clubs, boating and taking warm-weather vacations.

He also serves on the Young Professionals Advisory Council for First Tee of South Central Wisconsin and donates time to the Ronald McDonald House. Brendon lives in Verona with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys watching his kids’ activities, playing golf, listening to live music and cooking. A native of Western New York, he is a diehard Bills fan, though he has adopted the Packers as his second-favorite team.
