Jessica is a relationship-driven community banker with a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. She focuses on delivering a seamless, client-first experience—whether structuring customized financing solutions or advising on deposit options—always with a keen respect for her clients’ time. Jessica brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Capitol Bank, where she joined in 2026 to lead the Private Banking and Mortgage Lending teams.

Originally from Wisconsin’s driftless area, Jessica remains closely connected to her small-town roots and is an active community volunteer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young grandchildren, supporting local sports teams, and exploring hidden-gem shops and cafés throughout the region.

Jill received a BBA in finance, investment and banking from UW School of Business and earned her wealth strategist certification from Cannon Financial Institute. As Vice President Private & Commercial Banking at Capitol Bank, she builds relationships and provides concierge-level service to businesses and professionals. She has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International.

Outside of the office, Jill serves as President-Elect of JDRF, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes. For the past 20 years, she has volunteered as a board member with Friends of UW Health, a nonprofit organization that funds programs and services to improve the lives of patients and their families, and is a past Treasurer and former Co-chair of the Auction Committee.

Jill lives in Fitchburg with her husband and their two dogs. She has two grown children and loves gardening, biking, reading and cooking. A sports enthusiast, she watches hockey, basketball, baseball, and football, cheering on the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers.
