Easily transfer money from other banks with TransferNow

External Account Transfers Arriving November 4th.

We’ve made it simple to transfer money to or from accounts you own, even if they’re with other institutions. This solution is ideal for larger payments like a mortgage, tuition, or car loans.  

Using the new feature takes just a few intuitive steps.

1. Login: After logging into personal online banking, choose “Transfer” from the main navigation area.
2. Initiate: Look for “External Transfer” on the right of the screen and choose “Launch External Transfer”.
3. Add Account: From here you can “Add a New Account”. Enter the account/routing numbers and follow the instructions to verify through logging in, or conducting trial deposits. Depending on the institution, this verification process may take several days.
4. Transfer: Begin scheduling one-time or recurring external transfers immediately.

TransferNow is for moving money between accounts that are in your name. For payments to or from other individuals, Zelle® remains the preferred method.
