Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

This exciting opportunity acts as a creative force and hands-on contributor through development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and create customer engagement. You will work collaboratively with various functional teams creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Content creation through social media, websites, and advertising.

• Manage customer communications through newsletters, customer appreciation activities, and surveys.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives through social media, event sponsorships, video production, product launches, media planning, shareholder communications and more.
• Develop, coordinate implement and benchmark Capitol Bank's marketing strategy.
• Lead brand initiatives ensuring market differentiating message across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive marketing.
• Creative thinker, open to change and new ideas.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Strong copywriting, editing, and graphic design skills.
• Proficient with marketing tools and technologies: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Facebook/LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite, and others.
