Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the daily operations and contributes to the overall success of the Branch Office.
  • Supervises, develops, and supports a team of highly engaged bankers and tellers.
  • Works closely with commercial and mortgage lenders in sales and service, initiates business development and customer retention.
  • Assists upper management in planning, implementing and monitoring branch goals.
  • Performs all banker and teller duties such as opening new depository accounts and processing teller transactions.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years in banking. Personal Banking and teller experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Consumer Lending skills preferred
  • Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.
