Locate Card Manager
Home Screen Access
Access Card Manager through the home screen within Capitol Bank Mobile Banking. Look for “Manage My Cards.”
More Menu
You can also access Card Manager through the “More” Menu. Look for the “Cards” Button.
Turning Cards On and Off
Locate the Card
Swipe to choose the card you want to turn off or on.
Block Card
With the correct card selected, flip the switch to instantly Block that card, or turn it back on.
Lower Account Limits
Transaction Amount
Lower spending limits for general use. Note this limit can not exceed preset limits dictated by Capitol Bank. Contact us to learn or set your current limit.
Location Limit
Limit spending based on your card’s location. You enter an address, such as your home, and define a radius that your card can be used.
Merchant Limit
Specify thresholds by merchant types, such as gas, groceries, or retail stores.
