How do I sign up to use Bill Pay?

Contact a Relationship Banker at 608.836.1616 to set up your Business Bill Pay.

Who do I call if I have questions?

Contact Bill Pay Customer Service at 1-855-817-2650. Hours of operation: 6am-12am Central Time/7 days a week.

Send a Direct Message via Bill Pay. At the bottom on any topic, select View Messages. From there select Create Message . A new page will open with an assortment of Reasons.

How do I change my email address?

Through the Bill Pay tab in Online Banking select My Profile, click on View Personal Information. You can enter your new email address and Save Changes.

*Remember to contact Capitol Bank to update your email address for services directly through the bank.

How do I pay a bill?

On the Payment Center select Add a Company or Person and follow the prompts.

How much does Bill Pay Cost?

Capitol Bank’s Business Bill Pay services are free of charge.  Fees do apply to rush payments.

What are the Bill Pay non-processing days?

Bill Pay’s processing schedule follows the Federal Reserve processing schedule. Payments will not be processed on federal holidays.

Will my Bill Pay account become inactive if I do not use it?

Yes. If you do not log into Online Banking or Bill Pay for an extended period of time, your account will be come inactive.

However, if you are no longer interested in using the Bill Pay service, please call 608.836.1616 and we can stop your service and eliminate the monthly fee.
